多层羊膜移植术治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床观察

Clinical evaluation of multilayer amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer

目的观察多层羊膜移植术治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床疗效。方法28例真菌性角膜溃疡患者,在手术显微下彻底切除角膜溃疡病灶,采用3-5层羊膜修剪成植床大小,植入溃疡面,上皮面朝上,再取一块稍大的羊膜覆盖于角膜,并以10-0尼龙线缝合固定。结果28例多层羊膜移植术后,24例角膜溃疡愈合,4例于手术后3-7天羊膜溶解、脱落,再次手术后,溃疡愈合。结论多层羊膜移植术是治疗真菌性角膜溃疡行之有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of multilayer anmiotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer. Methods focuses of 28 cases of fungal corneal ulcer were completely cut in the microscope, using 3-5 layers amniotic membrane to trim, transplant into face of corneal ulcer, make epithelial face upward, cover cornea with a big amniotic membrane, suture and fix with 10-0 nylon line. Results After 28 cases multilayer amniotic membrane transplantation, 24 patients were cured, amniotic membrane of 4 patients solved and dropped after 3-7 days. 4 patients were cured after performing a operation once again. Conclusions muttilayer amniotic membrane transplantation is an effective method for the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer.
