摘要
近年的研究表明,番茄红素是一重要的类胡萝卜素。其功能在许多方面优于β-胡萝卜素。采用超临界CO2萃取技术从番茄加工副产品番茄皮中提取出番茄红素。研究了不同的压力、温度、流量和萃取时间对萃取率的影响。当萃取压力在15~25MPa,温度40~50℃,流量20kg/h,萃取1~2h,既可将番茄皮中90%以上的番茄红素萃取出来。
Recent years studies showed that lycopene is an important carotenoids,which in some aspects is even more effective than β-carotene. Its biological function has resulted in more and more interests. Lycopene was extracted from tomato skins (by-products of tomato pulp) using supercritical CO 2 . The effect of different pressure,temperature,CO 2 flow rate and time on extraction yield were studies.The results showed that the efficient conditions were at 40 ̄50℃,15 ̄20Mpa,20kg/h ,1 ̄2h.Above 90% lycopene could be extracted.
