摘要
用γ射线照射外种皮银杏种子,发现5krad以上处理使其不能发芽,种胚活力逐渐消亡。其胚乳径80krad以下处理仍保持较长时间的活力。200krad以上处理使银杏种子失水加快,胚乳失活而变软腐烂,电导率大幅度上升,表明其细胞结构受破坏。辐射明显抑制银杏种子呼吸和胚的生长,有利于贮藏保鲜。
Cinkgo seeds were beated with carious dose of Co-60 Garmma radiaton. When treated with 5krad Garmma radiation, they could not sprout because of dead embryos, but the endosperm was still vigor ousin a relatove long period when treated under 80 krad Garmma radiation. Garmma radoation over 200 krad made Ginkgo seeds dewater more quickly and haver higher electric conductivity, lead the endosperm to soften and die, the respiration of ginkgo seeds was restrained gnatly after garmma radiation. When GinkgO seeds were treated by 5~20 krad and preservation period was 2 to 3 months (water content 40. 25% ) and 4 to 6 months (water content 35. 96% ) respeectively.
