健康教育对鼻咽癌长期生存者生活质量的影响研究

The effect study of health education on nasopharyngeal neoplasm cancer longterm living patients

目的探讨系统、全程的健康教育对鼻咽癌长期生存者生活质量的影响。方法将我院鼻咽癌肿瘤科收治的72例鼻咽癌病人随机分为实验组和对照组，对实验组住院病人系统全程健康教育的要求进行全面准确评估、系统分析，制定健康教育措施并予以实施；对照组门诊病人只进行门诊常规护理。采用癌症病人生命质量核心量表（EORTC QTQ-C30）对两组病人的生活质量进行评价。结果实验组在实施系统全程健康教育干预后，病人的生活质量有了明显提高（P〈0．05），且明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论实施系统、全程的健康教育能显著提高鼻咽癌长期生存者的生活质量。

Objective To probe into the influence of overall and systematic health education on quality of life of nasopharyngeal neoplasm cancer patients. Methods A total of 72 nasopharyngeal neoplasm cancer patients were randomly divided into test and control group. Patients of test group were given overall and accurate evaluation on nursing problems and systematic analysis the health education measures worked and canrried out for them. Patients of control group were just provided nursing care as in routine. The quality of life of the two groups patients were evaluated with EORTC QTQ - C30. Results After overall and systematic health education were carried out for patients in the test group, the quality of life of them were enhanced remarkably （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and superior to that of the control group , P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion Overall and systematic health education could promote the quality of life of nasopharyngeal neoplasm cancer patients.
