Objective To explore the potential nursing security factors in neonatal ward for strengthening management of nursing security. Methods We analyze causes of potential nursing security in neonatal ward and take a series of countermeasures. Results The implement of countermeasures not only reduce medical risk, guarantee nursing seeurity, but also enhance the consciousness of risk and the sense of responsibility in nurses of neonatal ward, improve nursing quality. Conclusion It＇s very important to strengthen management of potential nursing security in neonatal ward.
