摘要
在舌癌发展中一些抑癌基因发生不断累积的变异,同时这些基因表达的蛋白也发生了改变。抑癌基因和表达蛋白的测定对舌癌的临床治疗有重要意义。本文阐述了舌癌中抑癌基因及其相关表达的研究进展。
The development of tongue carcinoma has series accumulated changes of many tumor suppressor genes. Simultaneously, these gene expressions have changed too. The investigation of these tumor suppressor genes and the changed expressions of tumor supressor gene proteins are significantly contributed to the effect of clinical therapy. This article focused on the investigated advancement of these tumor supressor genes and expressions in squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue.
