艾维茵肉鸡生产性能、屠宰指标及组织器官重量的测定

Determination on Productive Capacity,Slaughter Percentage and Weight of Tissues and Organs in Avian broiler

对３０只４９日龄艾维茵肉鸡的生产性能、屠宰指标、组织器官的重量及其与活体重、胴体重的关系进行了系统的研究。结果表明，４９日龄艾维茵肉鸡活体重为２２８４．７±７６．６ｇ；屠体重为２０５８．３±６６．３ｇ，屠宰率为９０．１０％；半净膛重为１９１５．１±６８．７ｇ，半净膛率为８３．８２％；全净膛重为１４５０．１±４９．２ｇ，全净膛率为６３．４７％；胸肌重为３８０．２±１６．２ｇ，胸肌率为２６．２２％；腿肌重为３６６．６±１１．１，腿肌率为２５．２８％；脂肪重为１２５．３±１６．５ｇ，分别占活体重和全净膛重的５．４８％和８．６４％；皮肤重为１８５．８±１０．３ｇ，分别占活体重和全净膛重的８．１３％和１２．８１％；内脏器官总重为２０５．４±１７．１ｇ，分别占活体重和全净膛重的８．９９％和１４．１６％；骨胳总重为２４７．８±１４．４ｇ，分别占活体重和全净膛重的１０．８５％和１７．０９％；肌肉重为１０３４．３±４８．６ｇ，分别占活体重和全净膛重的４４．８３％和５６．５５％；骨肉比为１∶４．２。

We determined the productive capacity,slaughter percentage and weights of tissues and organs in 30 Avian broilers at the age of 49 days and studied the relation between the abovementioned and the weight of bodies and carcasses.The results showed that 7week body wt was 2284.7±76.6g;carcasses with viscera wt was 2058.3±66.3g and occupied 90.10% of the body wt;semiseperateviscera carcasses wt was 1915.1±68.7g and occupied 83.82% of the body wt the whole chicken (allseperateviscera carcass) wt was 1450.1±49.2g and occupied 63.47% of the body wt the breastmuscle wt was 380.2±16.2g and occupied 22.62% of the whole chicken;the legmuscle wt was 366.6±11.1g and occupied 25.78% of the whole chicken;the fat wt was 125.3±16.5g and occupied 5.48% of the body wt,8.46% of the whole chicken;the viscera wt was 205.4±17.0g and occupied 8.99% of the body wt,14.16% of the whole chicken;the bone wt was 247.8±14.4 g and occupied 10.85% of the body wt,17.09% of the whole chicken; muscle wt was 1034.3±48.6g and occupied 44.83% of the body wt,56.55% of the whole chicken;bone∶muscle=1∶4.2.
