摘要
对30只49日龄艾维茵肉鸡的生产性能、屠宰指标、组织器官的重量及其与活体重、胴体重的关系进行了系统的研究。结果表明,49日龄艾维茵肉鸡活体重为2284.7±76.6g;屠体重为2058.3±66.3g,屠宰率为90.10%;半净膛重为1915.1±68.7g,半净膛率为83.82%;全净膛重为1450.1±49.2g,全净膛率为63.47%;胸肌重为380.2±16.2g,胸肌率为26.22%;腿肌重为366.6±11.1,腿肌率为25.28%;脂肪重为125.3±16.5g,分别占活体重和全净膛重的5.48%和8.64%;皮肤重为185.8±10.3g,分别占活体重和全净膛重的8.13%和12.81%;内脏器官总重为205.4±17.1g,分别占活体重和全净膛重的8.99%和14.16%;骨胳总重为247.8±14.4g,分别占活体重和全净膛重的10.85%和17.09%;肌肉重为1034.3±48.6g,分别占活体重和全净膛重的44.83%和56.55%;骨肉比为1∶4.2。
We determined the productive capacity,slaughter percentage and weights of tissues and organs in 30 Avian broilers at the age of 49 days and studied the relation between the abovementioned and the weight of bodies and carcasses.The results showed that 7week body wt was 2284.7±76.6g;carcasses with viscera wt was 2058.3±66.3g and occupied 90.10% of the body wt;semiseperateviscera carcasses wt was 1915.1±68.7g and occupied 83.82% of the body wt the whole chicken (allseperateviscera carcass) wt was 1450.1±49.2g and occupied 63.47% of the body wt the breastmuscle wt was 380.2±16.2g and occupied 22.62% of the whole chicken;the legmuscle wt was 366.6±11.1g and occupied 25.78% of the whole chicken;the fat wt was 125.3±16.5g and occupied 5.48% of the body wt,8.46% of the whole chicken;the viscera wt was 205.4±17.0g and occupied 8.99% of the body wt,14.16% of the whole chicken;the bone wt was 247.8±14.4 g and occupied 10.85% of the body wt,17.09% of the whole chicken; muscle wt was 1034.3±48.6g and occupied 44.83% of the body wt,56.55% of the whole chicken;bone∶muscle=1∶4.2.
