青海双峰驼血液LDH和SOD同工酶酶谱 被引量:1

摘要 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对58峰青海双峰驼的红细胞和血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)以及红细胞超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)同工酶酶谱进行了分析和研究。结果:①S-LDH同工酶酶谱存在年龄差异,成年驼只有LDH1同工酶,幼年驼的酶谱由LDH1、LDH2、LDH3和LDH4组成;②RBC-LDH同工酶由LDH1、LDH2和LDH3组成,其活性强于S-LDH;③SOD呈现单一的同工酶酶谱,由SOD1、SOD2和SOD3组成;④SOD1同工酶的相对迁移率最大(80.3%),LDH4的最慢(21.4%)。 58 Qinghai camelus bactrianus were used to analyse and investigate the isozymespectra of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in blood by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results were as follows:(1) There was a difference between the camelus bactrianus at variant agegroups on the SLDH isozymespectra: the pattern contained only single LDH1 in adult group and the pattern consisted of LDH1, LDH2, LDH3 and LDH4 in young group. (2) The RBCLDH isozymes consisted of LDH1, LDH2 and LDH3, and its enzyme activity was stronger than that of SLDH. (3) There was single SOD isozymespectrum consisted of SOD1, SOD2 and SOD3. (4) The relative moving rate of SOD1 was the fastest (80.3%) and that of LDH4 was the slowest (21.4%).
