Identification test of Chicken T cells functional properties in vitro with monoclonal antibody

对鸡Ｔ细胞特异性单克隆抗体１Ｂ６鉴定的Ｔ细胞亚群进行了体内功能试验，表明１Ｂ６＋Ｔ细胞缺陷鸡接种新城疫ＬａＳｏｔａ疫苗后，抗体效价明显降低，证明１Ｂ６＋Ｔ细胞具有辅助Ｂ细胞产生抗体的重要功能。

The functional properties of chicken T cell subgroups were identified in vitro by its specific 1B6 monoclonal antibody. The result showed that the 1B6 + T cell depleted chickens were immunized with Newcastle disease virus of LaSota strain, the antibody titers were obviously lower, and indicating that 1B6 + T cells have the helper function for B cell into antibody producing.
