摘要
东方蜜蜂(Apiscerana)营社会性生活,由蜂王、雄蜂、工蜂三型蜂组成的完整的有机群体,依靠各组成成员分泌的信息素进行信息传递,维持群体的正常生活秩序,其中蜂王上颚腺分泌的蜂王信息素作用最大。本研究利用云南大学化学系人工合成的蜂王信息素,模拟蜂王,研究其对东方蜜蜂的群味、聚集、消除失王情绪、抑制工蜂产卵,以及抑制建造急造王台等行为的作用,效果均十分明显。
\ Apis cerana is social insect, which is composed of queen,drone and worker bee, they communicate with hormones secreted by themselves. Hormone maintains their normal life, the queen's hormone secreted from queen's mandible gland takes the most inportant action. This study used the synthetic queen's hormone made by the Chemical Department of Yunnan University to mimic queen,tested its effect on colony's smell,gathering, eliminating the influence of lossing queen,forbiding worker bee's laying and urgent queen cell's building, results are evident.
