摘要
随着物流服务业的不断发展以及物流服务要求的日益提高,单一物流企业已无法提供所有类型的物流服务,也很难提供所有区域的物流服务,这促使物流组织或联盟在物流能力分工与合作的基础上形成物流服务供应链,为产品供应链提供集成化物流服务。物流服务供应链是由功能型物流服务提供商、物流服务集成商及制造和零售企业联结而成的一个功能型网络结构模式。物流服务供应链本质上是一种以能力合作为基础的供应链,它以物流服务集成商为核心,整合供应链成员的物流资源,本质上是物流服务能力供给链,成员间基于能力的分工与合作实现关系协同,弥补自身运营能力的不足,避免资源过剩并实现共赢。物流服务供应链各节点企业间的能力合作与协同关系着整个物流服务供应链的运营绩效,是获得超额利益的重要保证。这种协同的实现有多种途径,如进行关系性专用资产投入,实现企业间信息与知识的共享,促进资源的互补融合,对物流服务供应链中的企业行为进行规制,减少物流能力合作的层数,及时做好回顾与评价工作等。
Logistics service supply chain (LSSC) is formed as long as the development of logistics industry.The basic structure of LSSC is functional logistics service provider, logistics service integrator and the customer.LSSC is a supply chain based essentially on the capacity cooperation.In this paper, the LSSC'S forming reasons, structure and essence are analyzed qualitatively and systematically by competence theory etc.Therefore, obtaining and integration of logistics competence is the key to LSSC optimization. Furthermore, the coordination mechanisms such as relation-specific assets investment, knowledge-sharing routines, the integration of resources, regulation of enterprise behavior, reduced logistics co-operation layer and so on are needed to ensure that relational coordination based on competence cooperation of members in LSSC is suggested.
