CD62p、IL-6、IL-8的表达与鼻咽癌分期及预后关系的探讨

Expression of CD62p,IL-6,IL-8 in different stages of nasophayngeal carcinoma(NPC)

目的:探讨不同期别的鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)患者血清中CD62p、IL-6、IL-8的表达与肿瘤分期及预后的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测83例病理确诊为NPC的各期放疗前患者血清与17例正常人血清中CD62p、IL-6、IL-8的表达,分析各指标的表达与肿瘤分期及预后的关系。结果:CD62p、IL-6、IL-8 3个指标在NPC患者血清中的表达明显高于正常人群(P<0.01);与患者的年龄和性别无关(P>0.05);与肿瘤的TNM分期及肿瘤临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05);且CD62p、IL-6、IL-8 3个指标间存在正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:CD62p、IL-6、IL-8 3个指标在各期鼻咽癌患者血清中高表达与鼻咽癌的TNM分期及肿瘤临床分期呈正相关,可以作为NPC肿瘤转移的前瞻性指标。

Objective：To analyse the expression of CD62p（P - selectin） ,IL -6 （interleukin -6） ,IL - 8（interleukin- 8） in different clinical stages of NPC serum; and the relation with stages. Methods： Eighty three serum specimens of pathologically comfirmed different clinical stages NPC were tested, 17 health specimens as comparison group. The expression of CD62p, IL - 6, IL - 8 in were examined by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results： The expressions of CD62p,IL - 6, IL - 8 in NPC serum were higher than the health （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; not related to the age and sex （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but correlated with the TNM stages （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The positive correlation existed in CD62p, IL - 6, IL - 8 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The expressions of CD62p, IL - 6, IL - 8 in NPC serum have relationship with the TNM stages and clinicaal stages, can be used as prognostic molecular markers in NPC patients.
