摘要 目的:观察galectin-1在大肠癌组织不同侵袭部位中的表达。方法:免疫组织化学检测大肠癌组织不同侵袭部位galectin-1表达分布,以Dukes C期大肠癌为例,采用免疫印迹观察大肠癌深浅侵袭部位galec-tin-1表达差异。结果:galectin-1表达于大肠癌组织细胞外基质,且其深层侵袭部位表达高于浅层部位。结论:大肠癌细胞基质galectin-1在大肠癌侵袭转移中可能发挥重要的作用。 Objective： To observe the expression of galectin - 1 in different invasive locations of colorectal carcinoma. Methods： The expressions of galectin- 1 in different Dukes stages colorectal carcinoma（CRC） tissues were detected using immunohistochemistry, and galectin - 1 in different invasive locations of Dukes C CRC were determined by western - blottin. Results： Galectin - 1 expressed in CRC exlracellular matrix （ECM） mainly. Differently expressing intensities of galectin - 1 were detected in different invasive locations of CRCs. The gradient expressions of galectin - 1 showed more intense signals in the deep invasive locations than that in superficial locations. Conclusion ： Galectin -1 expressing in ECM takes key roles on CRC invasion and metastasis possibly.
