硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗重度癌痛的临床疗效观察

The clinjcal analysis of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets on cancer patients with serious pain

目的:了解硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗重度癌痛的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗22例为实验组,盐酸吗啡注射液18例为对照组,用药后评价疼痛缓解度和不良反应。结果:硫酸吗啡缓释片缓解率为90.9%,盐酸吗啡注射液缓解率为94.9%,不良反应两者均有恶心、呕吐、便秘等。结论:硫酸吗啡缓释片具有口服给药方便,用药安全,是治疗重度癌痛的较佳选择。

Objective：To observe the effects and adverse effects of morphine sulfate sustained -release tablets on cancer patients with serious pain. Methods： The experimemtal group （ n = 22 ） was treated by morphine sulfate sustained- release tablets and the control group（ n = 18）was treated by morphine hydrochloride injection,the pain relief degrees and adverse effects were observed after treatment. Results ：The pain remission rate was 90.9% in the experimemtal group, and 94.9% in the control group. The rate of complications as nausea, vomit and constipation was similar in two groups. Conclusion： Taking the morphine sulfate sustained - release tablets is convenient and safe for treat ment of cancer patients with serious pain.
