摘要
目的对一项以协助高校护理兼职教师(以下简称兼职教师)转变教育观念为目的的继续教育计划(以下简称教育计划)的效果进行评价。方法以4所高校教学医院兼职教师为研究对象,使用梶田的教育观尺度(PTT)收集该计划干预前后资料。对两组干预前PTT值、干预前后PTT值差实施了t检验。结果①干预前PTT值:干预组77.9±10.1、对照组78.7±6.9,两组无统计学差异。②干预前后PTT值差:干预组12.2,对照组1.9,两组干预前后PTT值差的差异存在统计学意义(P=0.00)。结论本继续教育计划促进了兼职教师将其教师中心教育观转变为学生中心教育观。
Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of a continued education program that aimed to change the part-time nursing faculty's educational belief. Methods The continued education program was applied to part-time nursing faculty from 4 university teaching hospitals. The study tool was Personal Teaching Theory (PTT)of Kajita. The data was analyzed by SPSS 12.0 software, and T-test was implemented for PTT values before intervention between groups. The differences of PTT scores before and after intervention of the two groups were also analyzed by T-test. Results ①The PIT scores of the two groups before intervention were 77.9±10.1(intervention group)and 78.7±6.9(control group ).There was no statistical significance. ②The differences of PTT scores before and after intervention of the two groups were 12.2(intervention group) and 1.9(control group ) .There was statistical significance between the two groups(P=0.00). Conclusions The continued education program could promote the transformation of educational beliefs of participants from "teacher-centered" to "student-centered".
