外科医生与手术室护士合作态度的对比分析

Analysis of the cooperative attitude between surgeons and nurses in operating rooms

目的探讨外科医生和手术室护士对合作所持态度和可能产生的医护矛盾及其原因的分析以及防范对策。方法采用问卷形式对湖南省某医院138名外科医生及三家综合性医院手术室护士共88名进行问卷调查。结果被调查的外科医生和手术室护士均认为医护需要进行适当的交流的比例在94%以上;同意"护士一人需同时兼两台巡回,影响与医生的配合"观点超过了60%,对对方专业技术能力的要求持肯定态度的差异达49.05%。结论在手术进程中,医护双方都要充分认识独立性和重要性,注重医护间平等合理的沟通,以工作和患者为中心,形成健康、和谐的医护关系。

Objective To explore the cooperative attitude and possible conflicts between surgeons and nurses in the operating rooms, and to analyze the reasons of the conflicts and to find preventive strategies. Methods Anonymous questionnaires were carried out among 138 surgeons of a comprehensive hospital and 88 operating room nurses of three comprehensive hospitals. Results More than 94% of the subjects considered is necessary to carry out proper communication between surgeons and operating room nurses. More than 60% of the subjects answered＂yes＂ to the question＂the cooperation effect between the surgeon and nurses is influenced if the nurses are in charge of two operations simultaneously＂. 49.05% of the subjects showed negative attitude toward the other side＇s professional and technical competency. Conclusions In the process of surgery, surgeons and nurses should fully understand the importance and independence of surgeons and nurses. With the work-orientated and patient-centered attitude, surgeons and nurses should try to build up proper and harmonious relationship between each other.
