摘要
利用硅胶柱层析分离大豆异黄酮苷元。通过丙酮萃取大豆异黄酮后,经硅胶柱层析可以分离得到染料木素、大豆素、黄豆黄素3种大豆异黄酮苷元异构体。经HPLC检测3种物质的纯度均超过90%。
Soybean isoflavone aglycones were separated by silica gel column chromatography. The results showed the pure genistein, daidzein and glycitein were obtained from acetone extracted soybean isoflavone by silica gel column chromatography. The purity of all three aglycones was over 90% by HPLC detection.
