摘要
研究了茶薪菇同时高效生产多糖和三萜类物质的发酵工艺。在摇瓶中考察了培养基种类、初始接种量、初始pH值及不同装液量对茶薪菇菌体生长及多糖和三萜类物质生产的影响。结果表明,以第Ⅰ种培养基,在初始pH值为6.5,初始接种量为400mg/L,装液量为200mL时,可同时高效生产茶薪菇多糖和三萜类物质,并且产量分别达到2.10g/L和842.51 mg/L。
The fermentation technology for simultaneous and effective production of polysaccharide and triterpene by A. aegerita was studied. The effects of medium type, initial inoculum, initial pH and culture volume on A. aegerita growth and the production of polysaccharide and triterpene were investigated in shake flasks. The results showed that the optimized process for simultaneous production of the two bioactive substances was as follows: fermentation medium I, initial pH 6.5, initial inoculum 400mg/L and culture volume 200ml. The yields of polysaccharide and triterpene reached 2.10g/L and 842.51mg/L, respectively.
