溶氧浓度直接影响樟芝真菌菌体生长和产多糖情况。通过调节转速和通气量,将溶氧浓度控制为15%~20%,菌丝体生长较快,还原糖消耗速率和菌体得率明显提高,菌丝体产量和胞外多糖产量分别为7.48g/L和19.20g/L。
The concentration of dissolved oxygen (DO) directly influenced the Zhangzhi-fungal cell growth and polysaccharide production. The cell growth, the consumption rate of reducing sugar and cell yield were markedly increased when the DO concentration was controlled at 15%-20% through adjusting the rotation speed and ventilation volume. Mycelium production and exopolysaccharide production were 7.48 g/L and 19.20 g/L, respectively.
