摘要
应用正交试验法,以黄芩苷为指标,对其加酒量、加热时间和加热温度3因素进行正交试验考察,得出加酒量为15%、加热时间10min、加热温度为120℃时是黄芩炮制的最佳工艺条件。
The amount of liquor, heating time and temperature were the main factors of orthogonal experiments for the content of baicalin. The optical drug-processing were as follows： the amount of adding liquor 15%, heating time 10 min and heating temperature 120℃.
