摘要
通过对汶川大地震教训的总结,反思我国城乡抗震防灾建设中存在的应急避难场所建设问题,建筑抗震设计问题,农房建设防震安全问题。同时还介绍了日本城市抗震减灾建设的经验。
According to the lessons from Wenchuan earthquake, it was introspected that the problems of urban and rural earthquake disaster prevention, construction of emergency shelters, shock resistant design of buildings and disasterprevention of houses in rural areas in China. It was also introduced the experience in aseismie and disaster prevention of cities in Japan.
