The warp band defects of worsted fabrics are very important to quality control. The defects were difficult to pass away once they were produced, and affected the economic benefit of the company. On the basis of long-term productive practice, the fact that the warp band defects of worsted fabrics is analyzed. The article studies its cause and mechanism in the production process of worsted fabrics. The concrete methods included prevention, control and elimination methods are put forward.
