摘要
探索研究了锌浮选作业浓度对选锌回收率的影响,试验结果表明,提高锌循环浮选作业浓度对提高锌的回收率是有利的。针对浮铅尾矿矿浆样,将铅尾矿浆样浓缩至浓度为45.16%,锌回收率可达96.46%;而当铅尾矿浆浓度为32.07%时,锌回收率仅为91.57%,锌精矿中锌的回收率增加了4.92%。针对原矿综合样,在铅尾矿浆不浓缩情况下,锌回收率为90.07%;而若将铅尾矿浓缩至浓度为45%左右,锌回收率为91.39%,锌精矿中锌的回收率增加了1.32%。
Study of influence of concentration on the recovery of zinc was carried out. The result of the research show that it is advantageous to improve the recovery of zinc by concentration. The experiment on lead tailings indicated, comparison to results of concentration on 32.07% and 45.16%, the recovery of zinc was increased 4.92%, The experiment on primary ore indicated, as the pulp was concentrated to 45%, the recovery of the zinc was 91.39%, while the pulp was not concentrated, the recovery of the zinc was 90.07%, it was increased 1.32%
