摘要
目的:建立短葶山麦冬药材主要药用成分的定性与定量分析方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对短葶山麦冬药材中甾体皂苷类成分进行定性鉴别;采用紫外-可见分光光度法对短葶山麦冬药材中多糖成分进行含量测定,以苯酚-硫酸显色,在490nm的波长处测定吸收度。结果:应用所建立的方法对14批药材进行定性与定量分析,结果在TLC图谱中均可检出短葶山麦冬药材的特征斑点;14批样品多糖含量测定结果以无水葡萄糖计为6.34%~13.69%。结论:本方法操作简便,重复性好,结果准确可靠,可用于该药材的定性与定量分析。
Objective :To establish the quality and quantity analysis methods of Liriope muscari ( Decne. ) Baily. Method:With TLC to identify steroid glycoside of Liriope muscari (Decne.)Baily;Uhraviolet spectrophotometry and colourimetry was used to determinate polysaccharide contents of Liriope muscari (Decne.) Baily, and the detected wavelength was 490 nm. Result: 14 samples were determinated by the new method. The characteristic spots of Liriope muscari( Decne. ) Baily could be easily examined by TLC. The polysaccharide contents of Liriope muscari ( Decne. )Baily were 6.34% - 13.69%. Conclusion:These methods are simple, accurate and can be used for the quality and quantity analysis of Liriope muscari (Decne.)Baily.
