摘要
目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定伤湿祛痛膏中樟脑和薄荷脑的含量。方法:以正十五烷为内标物,采用DB-WAX弹性石英毛细管柱(30mm×0.25mm,0.25μm),FID检测器;氮气为载气;柱温为130℃,检测器温度为200℃;分流比为12:1。结果:在本文色谱条件下,樟脑和薄荷脑及内标物正十五烷均得到良好的分离;樟脑和薄荷脑的加样回收率(n=6)分别为100.1%和99.72%;用所建立的方法对18批样品进行含量测定,均取得满意的结果。结论:本法灵敏、准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a capillary gas chromatography(CGC) method for the determination of camphor and menthol in Shangshiqutong piaster. Method: The internal standard substance of n - pentadecane was employed. The GC system consisted of a DB - WAX capillary column (30 mm × 0. 25 mm, 0. 25 μm), nitrogen as the cartier gas,column temperature at 130 ℃ ,FID as the detector at 200 ℃ ,and with a split ratio of 12: 1. Result:The contents of camphor and menthol in 18 lots of samples were determined and the constituents concerned have been separated well under the chromatographic condition. The average recoveries ( n = 6) of camphor and menthol were 100. 1% and 99.72% , respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate, specific and suitable for the quality control of the preparation.
