摘要 提出一种改进的亚像素级边缘检测算法,该算法先用像素级边缘检测算子(Canny算子)定位所有可能的边缘点位置,再利用正交Fourier-Mellin矩(OFMM)算子的低径向阶与旋转不变特性在已有像素级边缘位置上进一步定位亚像素级边缘位置。实验表明,同等条件下该算法运算效率较高,不仅具有较高的检测精度(小于0.2 pixel),且算法耗时较短。 An improved OFMM subpixel edge location algorithm is presented in the paper. This algorithm firstly makes use of Canny operator to extract all possible edge points at pixel level and then utilizes subpixel-level edge detection operator, by using orthogonal Fourier-Mellin moment operator. Experiment results show that this algorithm could achieve equative location accuracy compared with Zernike and OFMM subpixel edge location operator but consume less operating time.
