摘要
通过对沿海电厂凝汽器管材技术经济性能的调查、试验和研究,认为超级不锈钢管特别是超级铁素体不锈钢管,如Sea-Cure的技术经济性能比钛管和铜管好,表现在如下方面:强度、刚度明显高于钛管和白铜管;耐磨蚀性能从高到低依次为超级铁素体不锈钢管Sea-Cure、钛管TA2、白铜管BFe30-1-1和BFe10-1-1;耐腐蚀性能远高于白铜管和不锈钢管316L,与钛管相近;总传热效率与钛管基本一样,且不比铜管低;单位换热面积的管材费用由高到低依次为AL-6XN、BFe30-1-1、钛管、254SMo、BFe10-1-1、Sea-Cure、AL29-4C。建议沿海电厂凝汽器可优先选用超级不锈钢管特别是超级铁素体不锈钢管。
Based on the research and test on the technical and economic properties of condenser tubes for coastal power plants, the performance of super stainless steel, especially the super ferritic stainless steel tubes such as Sea-Cure is more favorable than that of Ti tubes and Cu-Ni tubes in strength and rigidity; the tube materials are in rank of Sea-Cure, TA2, BFe30-1-1 and FelO-1-1 according to their erosion resistance performance ranging from high to low; the corrosion resistance of Sea-Cure is almost the same as that of Ti tubes and much better than 70-30 Cu-Ni and 316L in seawater; the total heat transfer efficiency is almost equal to that of Ti tube, and not lower than Cu-Ni tube; the tube cost for unit heat transfer area is in order of AL-6XN, BFe30-1-1, Ti tube, 254SMo, BFe10-1-1, Sea-Cure, AL29- 4C from high to low. The super stainless steel, especially the super ferritic stainless steel tubes was recommended to select for priority in coastal power plants.
