摘要
水电站装机容量的选择是一个多参数,多因素评价的综合决策问题,为了克服选择过程中的不确定性问题,引入模糊综合评价方法。以马吉水电站为例,对水电站装机容量为3600MW、3900MW、4 200 MW和4 500 MW这4个方案,从输电系统成本角度,运用模糊综合评价方法,综合分析各种方案的技术经济因素,最后得出4 500 MW为马吉水电站的最优装机容量。
Choosing installed capacity of hydropower station is actually a decisive problem to evaluate muhi-parameters, muhi-factors, and multi-attributes. In order to overcome the uncertainty during the process of selection, the fuzzy synthetically evaluation method was introduced. Then take the Ma'ji hydropower plant as an example, an economic comparison was made between four schemes respectively, 3 600 MW, 3 900 MW, 4 200 MW and 4 500 MW. Through the method in view of the transmission cost, the 4 500 MW scheme is considered the best decision.
