摘要 针对AVS的码率控制算法在帧级比特分配上的不足,提出了一种改进的帧级码率控制算法。利用视频中各图像的运动活动性实现了帧级比特分配,并且采用跳帧策略来防止缓冲器上溢,从而可以保护图像序列中的重要细节,优化图像质量。实验结果表明本方法与JVT-G012相比,不但减少了缓冲区的波动幅度,而且提高了恢复图像的峰值信噪比。 Considering the disadvantage of frame-level bit allocation in AVS, an improved frame-layer rate controlling algorithm is presented. In this algorithm, the bits for every frame is allocated according to motion complexity of video sequences. And the frame skipping strategy is adopted to prevent the buffer from overflowing. So the important details in the video sequences can be protected and the picture quality is optimized. Experimental results show that the improved algorithm can alleviate the fluctuating range of buffer, and increase PSNR of the decoded pictures.
