China＇s Increasingly Strengthened Support for its Agricultural Machinery Industry In 2008, China has continuously intensified the support for its agricultural machinery industry, which has played an important role in driving the industry＇s rapid and healthy development. First of all, its agricultural machinery purchase subsidies have been doubled, up to RMB4 billion Yuan, with a coverage of all counties （farms） of agricultural and livestock industrialization. Secondly, China has promulgated some preferential tax policies, increasing the export tax rebate rate of agricultural machinery. Thirdly, it has financed all agricultural machinery enterprises＇ technological innovations with its treasury bonds. Finally, it has also introduced preferential taxation policies for professional farmer cooperatives.
