摘要
以天津杨柳青水厂排泥水为处理对象,利用高效固液分离技术进行处理规模为2.04~5.44m3/h的中试研究,确定了在管式反应器与静态混合器不同混合反应条件下的工艺控制参数。试验结果表明,利用高效固液分离技术处理给水厂排泥水是切实可行的,系统连续运行的稳定性高,稳定运行时的出水浊度一般低于5NTU。进水SS在300mg/L时,确定的适宜工艺控制参数为:PAC投量6~11mg/L,PAM投量0.97~1.22mg/L,机械搅拌转速为8~12r/min,最大上升流速可达65~70cm/min;前置混合条件采用静态混合器-管式反应器时的处理效果较佳。
Pilot study was carried out on high- efficient solid-liquid separation process in sludgewater treatment of Yangliuqing Water Plant in Tianjin, with the capacity of 2.04-5.44 m^3/h. The operation parameters of the tubular reactor and static mixer in different mixing reaction conditions were figured out. Experimental results showed that the application of high-efficient solid-liquid separation technique in water plant sludgewater treatment is feasible and the effluent turbidity is less than 5 NTU. When the influent SS is about 300 rag/L, the appropriate operation parameters are. PAC dosage is 6-11 mg/L, PAM dosage is 0. 97-1.22 mg/L, mechanical stirring speed is 8-12 r/min and the maximum up flowing rate is 65-70 cm/min; the employment of the combination of static mixer and tubular reactor as pre-coagulation process will get better treatment effects.
