Putin's Federal Reform

俄罗斯联邦制度自确立起已十年有余。普京上台后对俄罗斯联邦制度进行了一系列重大的改革。普京的联邦制度改革对于重塑俄罗斯联邦观念、完善国家权力体系、巩固俄罗斯联邦、促进民主及维护宪政方面具有重要的意义。但是普京的联邦制度改革只是俄罗斯联邦制度发展的一个阶段性成果,其中的不足还有待于进一步健全和完善。

It has been more than ten years since Russia established its federal system. Putin adopted a series of important reform on Russia federal system after he was in power. Putin＇s federal reform is of great significance in reshaping the conception of the Russian Federation, improving the national power system, consolidating the Russian Federation, promoting democracy and safeguarding constitutionalism in Russia. Nevertheless, Putin＇s federal reform is just an achievement during the phase of Russia＇s federal system development, there are some insufficiencies which remain to be perfected.
