摘要
汽车前桥锤锻模在使用过程中发生早期断裂。采用宏观和微观分析方法对失效件进行了检验和研究。结果表明,模具型腔存在补焊现象,裂纹起源于焊接处存在的孔洞和裂纹等缺陷,模具显微组织粗大,韧性不足是造成其断裂的主要因素。同时针对分析结果提出了相应的预防措施。
The hammer forging die for automobile front axle fractured in earlier period of service life. The failure die was inspected and analyzed by macroscopic and microscopic analytic methods. The results indicate that the die cavity has been repaired by welding, and the fracture originated from the weld defects such as void and cracks, the coarse microstructure and low toughness of the die are the main factors causing the failure. And corresponding preventions are proposed.
