Study on the Entrepreneurial Resources Combination Strategies and Means Based on Rents Creation Mechanism

摘要大部分创业者在创业之初都受到资源环境的约束,但成功的创业者往往能突破约束创办企业。本文基于租金创造机制视角指出,创业者资源整合有两种不同战略:一种是能力构建机制导向下的现有资源开发战略,另一种是资源攫取机制导向下的潜在资源探索战略。并进一步分析了不同资源整合战略可能采用的实现手段,即开发现有资源可以考虑创造性拼凑,而探索潜在资源可以考虑利用杠杆资源的杠杆作用。 Entrepreneurs usually start a new venture in a resource-poor environment. Therefore, how to combine resources is a critical challenge for entrepreneurs to face. We found that there are two strategies of resource combination, one is exploiting existing resources based on the capability-building mechanism, and the other is exploring potential resources based on the resource-picking mechanism. Also, we analyze the possible means of both two strategies. For exploitation strategy, bricolage is a useful means, while leveraged resources can be considered for exploration strategy.
