我国工业能源利用效率分析及相关对策

China's Industrial Energy Efficiency and Related Countermeasures

本文对1985-2007年间中国工业部门28个行业能源消费量的变化进行了分析,结果表明,中国能源消费量的下降主要是由强度效应引起的,而结构效应并不明显。由此本文认为,我国通过产业结构升级优化进一步实现节能的潜力十分巨大。而要进一步提升我国工业能效,需要优化工业部门产业结构,提高技术进步和企业管理水平,并充分发挥政府主导作用。

This paper takes an analysis of the changing energy consumption in China＇s 28 industies from 1985 to 2007, and the resuhs show that Chinas energy consumption decrease is mainly caused by the intensity effects but not obviously by the structural effects. This demonstrates that China has enormous potential in energy - saving through upgrading its industrial structure. For improving the industrial energy efficiency, China should optimize the structure of industrial sector, promote the techno- logical progress and corporate management, and give full play to the leading role of the government.
