维生素K1是临床上常用的止血药物。近年来因使用不当造成不良反应的报道较多。在临床实践中,临床药师发现维生素K1的使用存在可商榷之处。本文就1例肝硬化失代偿患者使用维生素K1时潜在风险和注意事项做一分析和探讨。

Vitamin K1 is broadly used as an anastahic in clinic. There are increasingly ADR reports of vitamin K1 last years. In this paper, the clinical pharmacists discussed the rationality and potential risks of vitamin K1 use in a decompensated cirrhosis case.
