党的十一届三中全会以来,党内民主建设不断开展,党内民主发展的新路不断拓展。30年来,党内民主经历了恢复发展与努力探索、把握方向稳步前进、改革创新与深入发展三个阶段,以改革创新的精神推进党内民主建设,对新时期党的建设新的伟大工程建设有重要启示。

Since the 1 lth Central Committee of the Communist Party, the progress of democracy in party was developed into a new direction. In the past thirty years, it has experienced three stages, recovering, advancing and reforming to develop democracy inside the party to improve democracy and inspire the construction of Chinese Communism Party into a new period.
