添加稀土及喷钙处理对16Mn钢力学性能的影响

摘要 本文对普通16Mn钢、添加稀土的16Mn钢、喷钙处理的16Mn钢及经喷钙处理同时又添加稀土双重处理的16Mn钢的组织、性能进行了研究。结果表明,稀土和喷钙处理都能比较有效的脱硫,使冲击韧性增加,喷钙处理产生的夹杂比较细小均匀,但去气的效果不如稀土;经双重处理的试样,性能改善较大。 We have stúdied the composition and properties of ordinary 16Mn steel, rare-earth-added 16Mn steel, calcium-sprayed 16Mn steel and both calcium-sprayed and rare-earth-added 16Mn steel. The results show that rare-earth adding and calcium-spraying processes can desulphurize the steel effectively and the shock tenacity is improved. Compared with rare-earth-adding process,the inclusions resulted from the calcium-spraying process are fine and well-distributed, but the property of reducing the gas is worse. A combined processing of the rare-earth-adding and calcium-spraying will improve the properties of the steel greatly.
