摘要
文章通过对在制浆过程中影响水煤浆成浆性的关键因素之一级配技术中的多峰级配进行了研究,旨在找出一种最佳粒度级配,使得其制成的煤泥水煤浆在浓度、粘度、稳定性上均能满足应用要求,最终得出当细粒子在煤泥中的比例为-320目粒子在煤泥中的比例为60%~70%时,煤浆的粘度和稳定性才可能达到最佳值等结论。
With the research on the multi peak grade blending of the grade blending technology, one of the key factors affected to the slurry ability of the coal water mixture during the preparation, the paper is to seek an optimized particle grade match in order to let the density, viscosity and stability of the coal water mixture to meet the applied requirements. In the final, when the percentage of the fine particle - 320 mesh reached to 60% to 70% , the viscosity and stability of the coal water mixture could reach the optimized value.
