摘要
用氮离子、碳离子不同能量、剂量组合注入4个甜菊品种的干种子中,播种后调查田间植株的生物学性状,结果表明:1)同一品种不同处理茎叶鲜重与对照比均有提高的趋势,其中以75keV×1015/cm2氮离子注入处理为最佳,地上部鲜重及干重分别比对照高62.3%、54%,而60keV×1014/cm2氮离子注入处理与对照比可促进总叶数及单株叶面积的增加;2)氮、碳离子作用比较结果表明,75keV×1014/cm2与75keV×5×1014/cm2处理碳离子对所有性状的作用均优于氮离子(75keV×5×1014/cm2处理的株高性状除外),而75keV×1015/cm2处理则氮离子作用均优于碳离子(唯有节数两离子作用相当);3)4个参试品种比较结果表明,纯品种各性状表现均一致(济宁、丰2),而两个杂交种某些性状略有差异。
Four dry seeds of Sweetening Chrysanthemum were implanted with low energy ion N+ and C+ , botanical characteristic of the plants were surveyed in the fields,the results were as follows:1.For the same variety,caulis and leaf yield of different treatments were higher than the control.The best treatment was N+ at 75 keV×1015/cm2 implantation and the fresh weight of aerial part and dry leaves weight were increased by 62.3% and 54% respectively. And treatment with 60keV×10 14/cm2,the total number of leaves and leaf area of single plant were increased by 67% and 53% respectively. 2.Comparison between N+ and C+:Jining was implanted with N+ And C+ by three combinations of energy and dose (75keV×10 14/cm2,75 keV×1015/cm2 and 75 keV×5×10 14/cm2).The results showed that effects of all plant characteristics implanted with C+(75keV×1014/cm2 and 75keV×5×1014/cm2) except for culm height (75 keV ×5 ×10 14/cm2 ) were better than that of N+.However,the effect of N+ was better than that of C+ after ion implantation (75 keV×1015/cm2) , but their node numbers were the same. 3.Comparison between 4 different varieties: The performance of each characteristics of two pure varieties were identical. But have differences between two hybrids.
