摘要
采用动态流变仪,研究了甘油对胶原溶液粘弹性和热稳定性的影响,讨论了胶原/甘油共混溶液的弹性模量、粘性模量、复数黏度和内耗与频率以及温度的依赖关系。结果表明:随着甘油浓度的增加,胶原溶液的弹性模量、粘性模量和动态变性温度都提高了。加入甘油后,胶原溶液的复数黏度升高,且呈现剪切变稀的流变行为,即混合溶液仍是假塑流体。内耗峰处的温度随甘油浓度的增加而升高。甘油浓度达到3mol/L时,1%的胶原溶液的动态变性温度比纯胶原溶液提高了2.88℃。
The viscoelasticity and thermostability of collagen solution with different concentration of glycerol were measured by means of osicillatory rheometry. Frequency and temperature dependence of the elastic modulus, the viscous modulus and the complex visicosity were discussed. The results show that the elastic modulus, the viscous modulus and the dynamic denaturation temperature ( Tdd ) increase with concentration of glycerolup. The complex visicosity of collagen solution increase after glycerol is added. Furthermore, the blends show a shear - thinning flow behavior,proving that it is still pseudoplastic fluid. The temprature, at the peak of loss tangent, increase with the increase of concentration of glycreol. When the concentration of glycerol reach 3mol/L, the dynamic denaturation temperature for 1% collagen solition increase by 2.88℃ compare with pure collagen alone.
