肿瘤规范化、标准化诊治第19讲双膦酸盐预防骨转移及抗肿瘤现状和进展

摘要恶性肿瘤骨转移是临床上晚期恶性肿瘤常见的合并症之一。针对骨转移的药物治疗，目前以双膦酸盐的研究和应用最广泛，已被公认为治疗晚期恶性肿瘤骨转移的标准治疗。最新的研究发现，双膦酸盐包括帕米膦酸二钠、唑来膦酸、伊班膦酸等除能有效的减轻骨痛，降低骨相关不良事件及治疗高钙血症外，还有抗肿瘤作用。
