组织危机管理过程中的危机信息流及其扩散研究——危机管理的信息流控制法研究

Research on the Crisis Information Flow and Its Diffusion in the Management of the Organizational Crisis

笔者认为整个危机的演变过程与危机管理的过程一直伴随着危机信息流,通过对危机信息流的掌控——如事先的采集与监控、事中的有效分析,以及处理过程中的定向扩散等,可以对危机进行有效管理。文章针对危机管理的事前管理、事中管理和事后管理,挖掘出了危机管理中的信息流和信息需求,并提出了危机管理的信息流控制方法。

The author points out that the whole crisis evolvement and management process is accompanied with the crisis information flow. By controlling the crisis information flow, such as the acquisition and supervision beforehand, the effective analysis during the crisis and the directional diffusion in the handling of the crisis, we can control the crisis effectively. This article digs out the information flow and information demand in crisis management in accordance with the crisis management before, during and after the crisis, and puts forward the method of controlling the information flow in crisis management.
