摘要 焦点团体是一种质性研究方法,在国外已经被广泛应用于图书馆研究,本文通过介绍使用焦点团体来评价数字图书馆在线参考咨询工具Wiki,对焦点团体方法的概念、过程、实施等进行了阐述。 The focus group is a qualitative research technique, and is widely used in library research abroad. This paper expatiates the concept, process and implementation of focus group technique by describing the use of focus group to assess Wiki, which is an online reference tool for the digital library.
