SiO_2交联α-Zr(HPO_4)_2·H_2O的研究——新型类沸石材料的合成(Ⅰ)

摘要 用XRD,IR,DTA-TG和X-射线荧光分析方法研究了有机硅试剂CH_3Si(OC_2H_5)_3和NH_2(CH_2)_3Si(OC_2H_5)_3分别嵌入层状α-Zr(HPO_4)_2·H_2O中,在一定温度下灼烧为具有不同层间距的SiO_2交联α_Zr(HPO_4)_2·H_2O。通过吸附正已烷的吸附等温线测定证明SiO_2交联成柱的α-Zr(HPO_4)_2·H_2O是多孔的类沸石材料。 Two organic silicon agents, CH_3Si(OC_2H_5)_3 and NH_2(CH_2)_3Si(OC_2H_5)_3 were intercalated into layered compound of α-Zr(HPO_4)_2·H_2O. The resulting intercalated compounds were calcined at a given temperature to give two types of silica cross-linking α-Zr(HPO_4)_2·H_2O with different space between sheets, respectively. A process of the intercalation and the cross-linking were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction, IR, DTA-TG and analysis of X-ray fluorescence, it was suggested that the process is divided into three stages: the organic silicon hydrolyzes partly; hydrolyzcd prcducts with definite state intercalate into the sheets and react with groups on sheets; and the intercalated compounds are calcined into two types of silica pillared α-Zr(HPO_4)_2·H_2O at a given temperature. Finally, it was confirmed by absorbing n-hexane that the pillared compounds are zeolite-like materials with porosity.
