Synthesis of Ge-ZSM-5 Type of Molecular Sieve

ZSM-5型分子筛是60年代末美国Mobil公司开发的一种高硅沸石。此后,人们已将多种杂原子引入ZSM-5骨架,但Ge-ZSM-5型分子筛的研究尚未见报导。我们分别在F^-离子存在的微酸性介质和碱性介质中合成了Ge-ZSM-5型分子筛,并考察了锗对分子筛的形成及其结构参数产生的影响,充分证明锗对ZSM-5骨架上的硅发生了同晶取代。

Ge-ZSM-5 type of molecular sieve was synthesized separately in weak acid medium and in basic medium in the presence of F~ anions. The structures of these samples were investigated. It was proved by many physicochemical methods that a part of Si had been replaced isomorphously by Ge in ZSM-5.
