摘要 变压器试验是保证变压器的生产质量和性能良好的重要环节。传统的变压器测试方式是手工进行的,效率低、精确度差、缺乏安全性。变压器综合测试系统有效地替代传统测试设备,能对变压器的综合性能进行自动测试和故障自动诊断。所研究的试验电源系统采用工控机与PLC组成监视管理系统,可方便的实现对电源系统各种运行状态的控制和转换,为变压器的试验提供良好的试验环境,满足试验与控制要求,提高整个测试系统的自动化程度和工作效率。 The test of transformer plays a very important role in ensuring its quality and performance. The traditional test mode for electronic transformers is conducted by hand and has such drawbacks as low efficiency, poor accuracy and lack of security. The integrated test system for electronic transformer can be an effective substitution for traditional test devices, as it can test the comprehensive properties and make fault diagnosis of transformers auto- maritally. The test power supply system uses an industrial computer and PLC to form a monitor management system, and thus can easily control and switch various running states of the power supply system. This system provides a good test environment for transformers that meet the testing and controlling needs, and thus improve the overall automation and efficiency of the whole testing system.
