MTHBM-Ni荧光探针法快速测定氧氟沙星

摘要 摘要以2’-(4-甲基-2-噻吩亚甲基)-3,5-二羟基苯甲酰腙镍(MTHBM-Ni)配合物作荧光探针,用荧光光度法测定了氧氟沙星(OFLX)片中OFLX的含量。实验结果表明,当底液中MTHBM-Ni的加入量为0.8mL时,OFLX的检出限为0.16ng/mL,线性范围为(0.0033~9.45)μg/mL。方法用于OFLX片剂中OFLX的测定,RSD1.4%(n=6),平均回收率为95.70%。 A fluorimetric method for the determination of ofloxacin (OFLX) is developed with the 2'- (4-methyl- 2-thienylmethyllene)-3,5-dihydroxybenzoylhydrazide (MTHBM-Ni) as a fluorescence probe. The results showed that the linear rang of OFLX is (0.0033 - 9.45 ) μg/mL with a detection limit of 0.16 ng/mL when the amount of MTHBM-Ni is 0.8 milliliter in basic solution. The method applied to determination of ofloxacin in tablets with 1.4% RSD(n =6). The average recovery is 95.70%.
