摘要
从门诊一周就诊人次及复诊人次指数分析着手,借鉴流程管理理论和技术,阐述和分析了医院门诊复诊患者预约服务对门诊医疗服务管理的作用,为门诊流程管理中预约服务工作的开展和规范化管理提供了借鉴和参考。
Based on the theory and technology of process management, index of outpatient volume and return visit patients was analyzed. The functions of reservation for return visit patient in outpatient medical service process were discussed. The application and management of reservation in outpatient management were analyzed.
