医学专业研究生论文评估及其相关影响因素的分析

Postgraduates’ dissertation of medical major evaluation and influencing factors analysis

目的:了解医学研究生论文质量及影响论文质量的相关因素。方法:检索2004年度～2008年度我院在国内、外期刊发表的文章,用影响因子对文章质量进行评估,探讨影响研究生论文质量的相关因素。结论:我院研究生论文的总体质量有所提高,博士研究生论文总体质量高于硕士研究生。研究生培养体系决定其论文质量的水准,重点学科和科研项目有利于研究生的培养和高质量论文的产出。

Objectives： To evaluate the quality of postgraduates＇ dissertation and the influencing factors. Methods： Literatures published in affiliated the first hospital of Peking university in 2004 to 2008 were retrieved. Literature quality was evaluated by influencing factors to find the factors influencing literature quality. Conclusions： Total quality of postgraduates＇ dissertations was improved. Quality of doctoral dissertation was better than those of master＇ s. Postgraduate training system was a key factor determining postgraduates＇ dissertation quality. Key subject and research project could improve postgraduate student＇ s quality and promote the outputs of postgraduates＇ dissertation.
